Cancellation & Refund Policy

How do I cancel my subscription on

If, unfortunately, you have to cancel the subscription, please do so within 1 week of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted post that.

If you have cancelled the subscription within a 1 week period of placing the order, then we will charge 15% as a cancellation fee and refund the remaining amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 7 days of placing the order.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy

If you think, you have received your monthly subscription box in a bad condition or if the packaging and seal of the products within the box are tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package, take a picture of the damage and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please whatsapp our customer care at 7406789990 or email us at mentioning your Order ID along with the photo of the damaged product. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
